We need someone with solid technical skills in the Web Middleware area. (Ex: Sun One, Weblogic, Oracle SOA Suite, etc.)
The focus of this position will be to use the tools they have (Oracle Enterprise Manager, AD4J and other system monitoring tools) to pull data and statistics from the web servers and analyze it to identify ways to tune performance.

Monitoring and NOC (Network Operations Center) view
