Sr. HRIS Analyst (Functional 60% - Technical 40%)
• Administers, implements, and maintains the global HRIS including Core HR (Oracle), Talent Management, and Recruiting applications. The HRIS Analyst will
• Participate in system design, improvements, or upgrades in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence and Information Technology teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years + of experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of information systems and database.
• Strong analytical, auditing and data reporting skills.
• Experience with HRIS required
• Ability to travel 5-15 %.
