General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to drive growth for an Enterprise Software division of a F500 in the Stamford, CT area. The specific title is currently VP & GM, Transportation Management Systems. The General Manager will be charged to aggressively grow and improve the performance of its existing business and customer industry segments as well as be responsible for developing and implementing additional, long-range growth strategies focused on leveraging the company's technology and financial assets into higher value added product lines.
Key experience attributes will be:
Prior General Management Experience growing a division of a large company.
Experience managing growth: (1) with a trajectory from $80m to $500m and (2) with a combination of acquisitions, partnerships and organic growth (3) in a larger F500 company
Strategic & Operational Fluency
Industry Experience: Supply Chain Management Software Enterprise.
'C-Suite Solution Sales experience
Partnerships: Experience building go to market partnerships with 3PL and 4PL service Providers
Location: Stamford, CT. Either located near Stamford, CT or willing to relocate.
