Toad and Dual monitors.

Post by bgrenn »

If you are as fortunate as I am to use Dual monitors at work and then bring your laptop home, sometimes things don't work right.  I find some applications (like Toad), leave some of the windows on the "second" monitor when you don't have one.  This makes it useless..

Here's how you retrieve it..

Alt-tab to toad (or the offending application) that you can't see..
press ALT-SHIFT... then m.... this will select "move" from the control box for the window.. Once doing this, the use the arrow keys until you found that the window is moved to your usable space...  There you go.. You have your window back in your monitor.
